You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using our platform:

• Engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or identity theft.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Using the platform to distribute unsolicited messages (spam), advertisements, or promotional content.
• Uploading or sharing malicious software, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, including bypassing security measures, exploiting vulnerabilities, or disrupting network operations.
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the platform without consent.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity.

Security

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and the integrity of any data or content you upload to the platform. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Use any automated means, including bots, scripts, or crawlers, to access or manipulate the platform.
• Attempt to circumvent or breach any security or authentication measures implemented by Insightful Edutech.

Content Standards

All content uploaded, posted, or shared on the platform must adhere to the following content standards:

• Content must be accurate and not misleading or deceptive.
• Content must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Content must not promote discrimination, hatred, violence, or any unlawful activity.
• Content must not contain sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or offensive language.
• Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that Insightful Edutech and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the platform. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the platform without prior written permission.
• Use any of Insightful Edutech’s trademarks, logos, or branding without proper authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology provided on the platform.

Enforcement

Insightful Edutech reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Such action may include, but is not limited to:

• Suspending or terminating your access to the platform.
• Reporting illegal activities to the relevant authorities.
• Pursuing legal action to recover any damages or losses caused by violations of this policy.

Changes to the Policy

Insightful Edutech reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
